Tamme Dustin

PRESIDENT/OWNER/CEO
Tamme is a dedicated professional with over 28 years in the home medical equipment industry. She is the former president (2009-2011) of the Home Medical Equipment and Services Association of New England (HOMES) and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Tamme is recognized as a valued resource for her experience and understanding of the industry and functions in an advisory capacity for industry and state legislative boards. Tamme acquired ownership of the Company in January of 2017 after twenty years in her role as Director/CFO.
 

Janice Rosette

Billing/Reimbursement Specialist
Janice has been with Herron & Smith, Inc. for over 12 years. With her extensive billing background she is responsible for management of billings, accounts receivable and collections from all payor groups including Medicare and Medicaid.
 

Karen Barrett

CSR/Accounts Payable
Karen has been with Herron & Smith for over 3 years now as an additional staff member to assist with customer service and manage the accounts payable. Her role has now expanded to managing the Rehab/Service Clients along with the Rehab Staff.
 

Janet Maher-Cote, RN

Patient Care Director
Janet joins Herron & Smith, Inc. as our Patient Care Director. With over thirty years in the nursing industry including hospital and homecare environment she works with our clinical clients on education, set up and company policy and procedures.
 

KRISTI LEPENVEN

Business Development Director
Kristi has rejoined Herron & Smith, Inc., as our Business Development Director. She is responsible for managing our wound care and compression clinics as well as assisting referral sources in patient advocacy and product education. She comes with over 8 years experience in the healthcare industry. She has received her fitter certification for custom and off the shelf compression garments for upper and lower extremities.

Julie Smith

Clinical Customer Service and Reimbursement Manager
Julie has been with Herron & Smith for over 13 years in our clinical intake and reimbursement department. With her role as Team Manager, she is responsible for the management of clinical intake accounts, monitoring and streamlining of internal procedures throughout the company and managing the billing/collections team.
 

Eric Fogel

Inventory/Warehouse Technician/Customer Service Advocate
Eric has been with Herron & Smith for over two years. As part of the clinical team his responsibility is to manage the inventory, warehouse and to work one on one with our clients in providing equipment set up and education.

COLIN COYLE, RTS

Rehab Specialist
Colin comes to Herron & Smith with over 12 years experience in this industry. With his expertise in finding the correct quality products and his exceptional customer service skills he is valued staff member and respected throughout the industry.
 

DAVID KONTAK, OT/ATP

Rehab Evaluator
David comes to Herron & Smith as an additional employee in our Rehab Department. With over fourteen years experience in working for Crotched Mountain he adds the additional customer support, knowledge and expertise in working with our clients. With his OT and ATP certification he is able to blend his knowledge to improve quality outcomes.
 

NANCY WOODBURY

Rehab Client Manager
Nancy has rejoined Herron & Smith in our Rehab Department. With her expertise in financial management and customer service for over the twenty years she is now managing the rehab department for our clients and referral sources.
