Adaptive Equipment Systems

ContourU Seat Cushion - Naked
For those with more complex orthopedic asymmetries or tone abnormalities, ContourU allows for an accurate, individual fit. ContourU seat and back cushions provide full-contact support, even weight distribution, and excellent stability, enhancing the user's abilities the way no off-the-shelf seating system can. Simulation is used to measure the surface shapes and contact areas, while our precise VirtualU technology ensures exact duplication of the shape created.
Jay® Fit Adjustable Contour
The Jay Fit System was developed to accommodate a child's growth as well as their changing functional seating needs. The Jay Fit System is the premier seating system available today, offering children an effective clinical intervention early in life for improved function later in life. The system is available for frame widths from 10" to 16" and seat depths from 8" to 20" with room to grow.
Kinesthetic Seating System
The Kinesthetic Seating System (KSS) is a clinically developed positioning system that offers total comfort and support. Each standard system consists of a back, base, basic headrest, fixed lateral supports, padded lap belt, and attaching hardware. The KSS features an Ulti-Mate-style base for pressure relief. Available in both child and adult sizes, the KSS lifts easily in and out of the wheelchair to facilitate transport. This adjustable and growable system provides a personalized fit.
